EEDEGE General Secretary Christina Fitea took part in the meeting of the Special Permanent Committee of Equality, Youth and Human Rights, which focused on the theme of “Consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on women’s entrepreneurship,” and outlined the challenges faced in the field of women’s entrepreneurship, as well as on new labour practices, the need for businesses to adapt to flexible operational models, the assimilation of women into positions of responsibility, and on equal opportunities.
