Presentation of the first SHARE EQUALITY MARKS

The first 18 SHARE EQUALITY MARKS, which stem from the European programme, were awarded today by the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, to companies that have shown social responsibility “promoting the work-life balance in business for a better distribution of the caretaker responsibilities of men and women”.

On its part, EEDEGE contributes to this effort through joint initiatives with the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry to boost women’s entrepreneurship by training, my providing consultation services, as well as through information-sharing on available funding opportunities - initiatives that have intensified, have borne fruit, and are dynamically continuing. Strong evidence of this is reflected in the impressively large response we got to our invitation to join the incubator by innovative and predominantly female teams with interesting ideas.
